7. Intellectual Property Rights
• The client retains ownership of their pre-existing intellectual property.
• Elevate Software Solutions retains ownership of any proprietary tools, templates, or methodologies used in delivering services.
• Deliverables will be transferred to the client upon full payment, with ownership and licensing rights specified in the Service Agreement.
8. Termination
• Either party may terminate the service engagement with written notice.
• Upon termination, all outstanding payments for completed work must be settled.
• If termination occurs before the completion of a project, the client will be billed for all work completed up to the date of termination.
9. Limitation of Liability
Elevate Software Solutions is not liable for any:
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from project execution or delivery.
The total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
10. Warranties and Disclaimers
Elevate Software Solutions provides services “as is” and disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of services will signify your acceptance of the revised terms.
